Best Rumble in YEARS, through and through. I marked out BIG TIME when Piper came out. This was so much better than I even dreamed it'd be. God, I love the Royal Rumble.
And yes, we were all up and cheering when Cena entered and eventually won the Rumble. I'm not the biggest fan or anything, but that was so unexpected and completely amazing.

I can't believe they kept it a secret. With the internet and all.

RANT:
In Re to Rob's Comment.
I've been saying for years now that WWE and most of the wrestling industry in geeral keeps a very close tab on what is "news" what is "shoot" and what is "kayfabe" They are too powerful not to. I'm too tired to think of another example, but think how well they kept this Cena thing secret. They obviously knew about it for a while, why otherwise would they have taco-footed Randy Orton around with a no-competition rival like IC Champ Jeff Hardy?
If you're reading "spoiler" news on WWE. Chances are they don't care. Chances are even better that they do care, they want you to read it, think you're being a super smark, and watch the show to see it happen.

Yeah wasn't there an article out there not too long ago that was saying how Cena wasn't going to be at Wrestlemania?
Haha those clever, clever people...they had everyone fooled that their poster boy was out for a long time, but they fooled everyone. Kudos to WWE for actually doing something right for once.
And in no way shape or form am I saying that I'm a Cena fan. I dislike him a lot, however WWE did a great job with his return.

Yeah, Piercy almost called this one. I was right about someone hidden coming in and winning it, I just hoped it'd be Big Show instead, which would have been sweet.

Actually, it did leak that Cena would be ready for the RR, but Cena did an interview and said he wasn't going to be back for a month or so. So it was out there, but he did he smart thing and denied it.
It's like when everyone in the world knew that Jerhico was coming back. When it was leaked, it was also reported that Stephanie McMahon was furious about the leak. But, whatcha gonna do?
Oh, and Big Show signed a new contract with WWE and Lashley left to pursue an MMA career.

I called the Cena thing yesterday. It developed an argument because my friend who we will name "CenaFan" (yes there are actual John Cena fans, he worships him like people used to worship Steve Austin). "CenaFan" said that WWE said Cena won't be back until around Wrestlemania. My vast knowledge of wrestling lies coupled with my excellent memory proved him wrong by pointing out that at the time of his injury, the originally predicted return time put him in the middle of January. Low and behold, here's the Royal Rumble, ticket to Wrestlemania in the end of January. Hmmm...When do YOU think WWE would bring him back.
He ate his words on that one, plus he wanted to argue that Ron Simmons didn't play for the browns. So being a browns fan and an APA fan, I had to print out several different Ron Simmons bios to prove him wrong. Just proving him wrong over and over was almost as much fun as the rumble itself.

Lashley pursuing an MMA career....kudos! Hopefully Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley will have it out in the near future. By the way, for those not in the know, Lesnar is supposed to make his UFC debut on 2/2/08 against Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir.
Just thought I'd let you guys know, in case you didn't already.

Brock Lesnar is the biggest (both metaphorically and literally) joke in a sports or entertainment in a long time.

LOL and I saw him win the Royal Rumble live in Boston. Yeah he was really nothing but big, btw the moonsault he did against Angle and missed was insane.

It was a shooting star press which he has performed perfectly in the past. I just think he didn't have the chance to show his abilities to the full in WWE. I've seen some of his Japan wrestling and I'm impressed.

I read online that Lesnar ALREADY debuted in UFC and got knocked out with one hit.
He IS debuting on Spike TV tomorrow night. Don't know about the above mentioned debut, I have to re-research it, coulda been bullshit.
