AWG.com caught up with the number one contender for the Triple Threat title, Anthony Phoenix just as he was exiting the dressing room after a hellacious Authenticity, holding a black briefcase. He was in a bit of a hurry but was available for some comments.
Well it seems as if the former heavyweight champ, Sage was met with some "unfortunate" circumstances, but that didn't faze me; the Xtreme Wrestling Machine. I guess the power brass around here thought it funny to put me in a handicap match, well just like I've been telling everyone around here that will listen...the Triple Threat Title has my name written all over it. In fact I counted my match tonight as a bit of a warm up. As for the possibility of Lee Varitek being the third superstar in this match, it really don't matter as I've said before and I'll say it again Jagger's days as Triple Threat Champion are soon coming to an abrupt end. Soon the reign of the Xtreme Wrestling Machine will come to reality. While Jagger is trying to weasel his way out of the match, I'm busy preparing myself with match after damn match. So, Jagger you may have convinced yourself that when the time comes you will retain, I have been saying all along that I'm the next Triple Threat Champion. I know what I say is the gospel truth, the challenge that lies ahead is to...PROVE...ME...WRONG!!! Now if you will excuse me, I've got some preparing to do.
