AWG.com has just learned that world heavyweight champion Sage Christensen has officially declared his entry into the tournament that begins next week on Authenticity. While Sage wasn't available for comment, we were able to get a statement from Shelly.
Shelly: Of course Sage is entering into the tournament. Sage Christensen is a fighting champion and would love nothing more than to assert his dominance over the AWG by winning the very tournament designed to produce a number one contender to his title. Furthermore, when Sage wins he will have a VERY special announcement concerning his defense of the title at Exodus.
