Yeah, it's true, he lost in a minute and a half. Pretty sad. But if you actually saw it for about a minute and twenty seconds, he beat the crap out of Frank Mir's head. Frank Mir's face could only be described as f'ed up by the end of that fight. However, Lesnar stood up and left his leg open, which is a critism off many wretlers turner MMAers. So, other that exposing himself, Lesnar was in great shape and let's not forget, he was fighting an ex-heavyweight champion.

And it was only his second MMA fight. His transitions were as fast as a lightweight. And if it wasn't for the b.s. of a point deduction, he probably would have won via TKO from the strikes. But Frank Mir is the best heavyweight submissionist I've ever seen so it's no shame in him losing.
I say give Lesnar someone like Tim Sylvia or Cheick Kongo and we'll get to see a Lesnar victory. He's gonna go far in the UFC, he just needs a couple more fights to get settled.

He would completely demolish Sylvia, especially because Sylvia would be stupid and try to outstrike him. Which if you saw the fight is damn near impossible. He's big AND fast, which is hard to come by in UFC.

True. But Sylvia does have some boxing skills due to his reach. But Couture and Arlovski were able to out strike him so it would be a good standing fight.
Sylvia has also submitted a few heavyweights so it would be interesting to see him on his back with Lesnar on top. But Lesnar is a NCAA Heavyweight champ, so I don't think Sylvia would be able to get in a submission like Mir did.
It would be a great fight though. Prolly a late 2nd round - early 3rd round fight with Lesnar winning.

I saw it and was very impressed with Lesnar. I've also seen his first fight where he completely dominated the fight which only lasted about a minute if my memory serves me correctly.
The point deduction was bogus. Mir rolled into Lesnar and got hit in the back of the head. There was no warning, no nothing. Steve Mazagatti fucked up on that one.
All I got to say is Mir got lucky, I'll be waiting for Brock to get another chance. I'd like to see him fight Cro Cop, or perhaps Cheick Kongo. I think asking him to fight Sylvia is asking a little much since Sylvia just had a fight for the title. Brock will win his next fight, and if he truly learns from this mistake, he'll probably win them all until he gets a title shot. He looked very good in this fight, strong punches, excellent shot. He did almost get caught in an armbar, but did a good job of excaping it.
Wrestling and Striking might be his strong points, so I think he'll concentrate on his jiu jit su and become a complete fighter very quickly.

Yup, guillotine choke.
Lesnar vs Cro Cpo would be an interesting match up as both are coming off losses and both have big hype around them. That would definatley be a sell-out PPV main event. But Cro Cop would destroy Lesnar at this point in his career. Cro Cop may not have impressed in his last two fights, but he is one of the best strikers in MMA and has a great ground game.
Lesnar would be able to take Cro Cop down, but Lesnar would be over-whelmed with CC's ground defense. He could easily sweep Lesnar and get Lesnar on his back. Lesnar's power might save him, but Cro Cop would probably get in a few shots and go for a head kick when they stand back up.

Yo, Adrian....
That's a good assumption as to what might happen in the CC/Lesnar fight, but I've got a different opinion.
CC might have good striking, but if you seen the Mir fight, Lesnar isn't that bad on his feet either. CC might get lucky with a head kick, but if the fight goes to the ground, Lesnar has as good a chance on anyone. Especially if works on his BJJ and/or Ground and Pound.
Cro Cop vs. Lesnar would be the fight I'd like to see. There's no point in putting Lesnar against Cheick Kongo since Kongo annihilated Cro Cop recently. Don't say he didn't....cause he did.
Let's look at the heavyweight division and see if there's someone else he could go against.
Andre Arlovski? Firstly, where the hell has he been since getting knocked out by Sylvia? I think Arlovski's ground game is too good for Lesnar at this point, so that's a no.
Gabriel Gonzaga? He's ranked to high. His BJJ is too good and he knocked out CC with HIS OWN SIGNATURE MOVE!!!! So that's a no, as well.
Sylvia? That's a fight I'd like to see, but I think Tim is ranked too high for him right now. Lesnar would need at least a couple wins before even being concidered for that fight.
Who else is out there that Lesnar truly DESERVES to be able to fight? Cro Cop is the answer. Do I think they'll give him that fight? No, because Cro Cop is a legend. But it makes perfect sense to give an up and comer like Lesnar a shot at a legend who is basically on his way out of the fight game like they did with Gonzaga who was awarded a title shot after K.O'ing Cro Cop.

With having a 1-1 record, Lesnar doesn't deserve to fight anybody near those mentioned above. But he is one of the UFC's biggest names, especially in the U.K. which is why he's rumored to be Main Eventing the next U.K. event.
I would love to see Brock fight Jeff Monson. They're both extremely powerful and both have a wrestling background.
Another man is Brandon Vera who's coming off of a loss to Tim Sylvia. Although Brock has above average stand-up, he'll have some problems with Vera's Muy Thai. Plus Vera is talented with BJJ too.
I think UFC will give Cro Cop another small time fighter in hopes of him winning to bring value back his name.

Brock not having enough clout behind him does keep him from facing some big names.
And I agree, Brandon Vera would definitely be a good fight for him. I'm not too keen on Jeff Monson, simply because Monson is ripped but is VERY small for a heavyweight. I think if the fight went to the ground, it'd be a good fight, but I also believe that that would be a fight that Brock would want to keep on the feet because of his size and reach advantage. Tim Sylvia made good use of those during his dominating performance against Jeff, but who DOESN'T Tim Sylvia have a size and reach advantage over?
A couple other names that may make a good fight are Antoni Hardonk, who has good stand up, and Brad Imes, who hasn't had a fight in a while and is relatively new to the fight game as well.

I think Imes is more into the commentating side of it now. But Imes would be a terrible match-up for Brock. I believe Brock would destory him in the first round. He has no wrestling experiance and Rashard Evans whooped his ass in the stand-up department.
While I haven't seen too much of Hardonk, I have seen enough to know that would be an interesting match-up.
I would LOVE to see Brock vs Heath Herring. That would be a fireworks show if they come out throwing punches like Herring is known for.

True, but I think Herring is in the running for the Title, so I didn't mention him. But I agree, it would be an awesome fight to see Brock throwing leather with complete abandon.
